Day 10: KK is revolting (perhaps they should shower)

Field KK after a week and a half of digging. Used to be a dune.

After a hard day in the trench, I ate lunch and relaxed until 2:45 when I went to pottery reading at 3:00 which lasted about an hour.

KK was in an uproar because it was rumoured that we would be clearing both trenches ourselves (this turned out, after much complaining, not to be the case). We went to the club and then bed around 11:30.

After our usual morning trench work, Joni, Jason, and I took a taxi into Hadera to go shopping. I bought a few casual dresses and some shampoo, etc. {2011 - I still have one of the dresses I bought there, though it is threadbare and covered with paint. Most comfortable item of clothing evah.  It really should be retired, but I loves it.} We returned in time for a lecture at the museum about Roman sculpture.  At night we played cards at the club until about 12:30, then bed.
